We do not use analytics, social media plugins or a captcha on these pages. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Advertising measurement and your choice
When you open a page, nothing is requested from Google. Only if you press "Accept advertising measurement" does your browser load the Google tag. If you press "Refuse", nothing is loaded and we remove Google Ads cookies on this site. Both buttons are equal. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before.
Who receives data
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosts these pages and keeps the request logs.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): stores the form data, sends the confirmation email and keeps the confirmed list. Your browser contacts Brevo only when you submit a form. Brevo records whether you open the confirmation email and whether you click a link in it, with your IP address and the time. We use this only to confirm your address and to check that the email arrived.
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC: only if you accept advertising measurement.
We have data processing agreements with processors, or are putting them in place before the pages go live. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We are located in India, so we access the data we hold from there. Data you send through our forms is stored in the European Union. Staff in India can access it. The European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for India. We protect this access with the data processing agreements, encryption in transit, access limited to named staff and no copy of the data outside the European Union.
How long we keep data
Request logs: 14 days. Form data: until your request is finished, and then as long as the law requires us to keep records. Unconfirmed form entries are deleted if you do not confirm. Your consent choice stays on your device for 180 days or until you clear it. Google cookies follow Google's own periods.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to ved@valyrianinc.com.
You can complain to a supervisory authority, for example in the member state where you live or work.
