For the audit and the mini-check run by Valyrian Tech Pvt Ltd ("we").

Who can order

These services are for businesses only. If you order, you confirm that you act for a business and that you can bind it.

What we deliver

A report in English with the buyer questions we checked, the surface for each, the sources each answer cited, the places where your brand is missing, the reason, and written fixes as files. A person at Valyrian Tech reviews the fixes before we send them. The scope and the price of an order are in the written offer we send you.

Evidence

Every figure and finding in a report comes from a stored probe response or a page we read, and the report links to it. If a check returned nothing, the report says so and states no estimate.

Your authority

You confirm that you own or control the domain you give us, and you prove it with a DNS TXT record we ask you to add. We read only the public pages of that domain. We do not read pages of other businesses' sites; what we know about others comes from search result data.

What we do not do

We do not change your website, your CMS or your DNS. Your team applies the changes in our files, and you are responsible for what you publish.

No promise of results

AI answers and search results change. We do not promise a ranking, a citation, traffic or revenue. We report what the checks returned on the day.

Language

Reports are in English. We offer another language only when a native reviewer is in place for it.

Sectors we do not serve

We do not work with prohibited sectors: illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, sexual exploitation, adult sexual services, fraud, unlicensed financial services or gambling, hacking services, hate and extremism, surveillance tools aimed at individuals, human trafficking, sanctioned persons, and anything illegal in the EU or in your country. We check your sector before we start and again when we read your site. We may refuse or stop an order for this reason and we tell you why. Sectors with extra content rules may need extra checks.

Fees and payment

As stated in the written offer. Prices exclude taxes unless the offer says otherwise.

Case studies

Where the offer gives a reduced price in return for case-study rights, we publish a case study only with your written approval of the text and of every figure in it.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and your report confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

Personal data

Where we process personal data for you, the data processing agreement applies.

Liability

You are responsible for the outcome of changes you make and for any advertising spend you decide on. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, and only for the damage that is foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. Liability for injury to life, body or health, liability under mandatory law and liability for fraud stay unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, the courts of Pune, India have exclusive jurisdiction. The standard contractual clauses in the data processing agreement follow their own governing law.
